All ETAT products are meticulously crafted one by one through bespoke, fully handmade sewing and processing techniques, showcasing the skills of individual artisans. ETAT values anonymity in every aspect of the brand-design, production, and management. This philosophy stems from the belief that borders, gender, or affiliations with celebrities or communities should not carry excessive significance; instead, the brand's philosophy and products itself should take center stage. ETAT places the utmost importance on the context and stories behind its creations. By imbuing personal meaning and cultural context into diverse styles such as Asian and Western workwear, uniforms, and regional attire, ETAT expresses its minimalist philosophy.
ETAT's first wardrobe collection included denim pieces such as Oxford Jeans with a marble wash finish and the Common Jacket featuring a shot processing technique.
The fabric is woven in a Right-Hand Twill, which gives it a soft texture and allows it to drape elegantly. These are not jeans designed for hard labor but rather crafted to suit contemporary urban life. While respecting the traditional role of jeans, these pieces propose a fresh perspective on how denim can be worn today.
